Calmness with Rabbi Carol – Meditation program

Rabbi Carol Robbins-Garrett is offering a free monthly Meditation Group at 1:30 pm at 5859 Heritage Park Way, Delray Beach in the Heritage Club Room – where we meet for Shabbat every Friday evening.

There will be meditation, Reiki, discussion, healing, and spiritual connection.  This group is open to everyone: members, friends, and guests, beginners to seasoned meditators.  Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that focuses on directing universal life force energy to promote balance and healing.  Rabbi Carol is certified in the practice of Reiki.

This new Meditation Group will meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 1:30 pm until approximately 2:30 pm or 3 pm (depending on the number of participants).

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your spirit and well-being and promote a calmer attitude..
