Calmness with Rabbi Carol & Guests – Meditation program

Rabbi Carol Robbins-Garrett is offering a free monthly Meditation Group at 1:30 pm at 5859 Heritage Park Way, Delray Beach in a private conference room for added serenity (around the corner from the Heritage Club Room – where we meet for Shabbat every Friday evening).

This Meditation will be even more special, since this session will include two guest Meditators, Johanna Hoey and Cheri Rapelye.  Both guests will bring so much to the session, since they have been leading Meditations for decades. This group is open to everyone: members, friends, and guests, beginners to seasoned meditators.

This new Meditation Group will meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 1:30 pm until approximately 2:30 pm or 3 pm (depending on the number of participants).

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your spirit and well-being and promote a calmer attitude..
