Calmness with Rabbi Carol & Guests – Meditation program

Rabbi Carol Robbins-Garrett is offering a free monthly Meditation Group at 1:45 pm at 5859 Heritage Park Way, Delray Beach in a private conference room for added serenity (around the corner from the Heritage Club Room – where we meet for Shabbat every Friday evening).

This group is open to everyone: members, friends, and guests, beginners to seasoned.

This Meditation Group will meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 1:45 pm until approximately 2:30 pm or 3 pm (depending on the number of participants).  Please arrive by 1:40 pm so that the session can begin promptly.

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your spirit and well-being and promote a calmer attitude..
