ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING of L’Dor Va-Dor (virtual)

This is a very important meeting for all current members of Congregation L’Dor Va-Dor.  This is our annual meeting, where we elect new officers and board members who will represent the congregation and move our synagogue forward into the future.

It is important for all members to attend or at least to be represented by an absentee ballot so that we can have a quorum in order to do business.  We will have an election: members will be able to nominate themselves or others to run for Board offices or as a trustee.  We will also like to modify a couple of statements within the congregation’s By-Laws and require a representative quorum to enact this business as well.

At this meeting, in addition to the election and the amendment changes to our By-Laws, we will provide an update of the financial and operational status of our congregation.
