We will combine some of the best of Shabbat in prayers, quotations, words, and, most of all, music and then conclude with Havdalah, a beautiful service meaning “separation”, as we separate the holy day of the Sabbath from the rest of the week and bid farewell to Shabbat for another week!
Havdalah is a very special service, during which we use all of our senses .. to smell the sweet spices, to feel the heat and hear the crackling fire of the Havdalah candle, to taste the sweetness of the wine.
