ABOUT THE CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES SERIES
In the spirit of open debate and dialogue, cherished in the Talmud and all Jewish history, L’Dor Va-Dor promotes friendly, robust discussion of controversial topics. All are welcome, except those incapable of rational, respectful discourse. These discussions usually take place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:00.
ABOUT CONGREGATION L’DOR VA-DOR
Founded as a Reform congregation, L’Dor Va-Dor evolved to unite the best of all Jewish denominations with science to create a haven for secular Jews, atheists, Reconstructionist, traditional Jews, (off the derech) and those who feel alienated from synagogue life but enjoy our rational approach to Jewish ideals, and our support of Israel. We welcome Jews of all backgrounds and non-Jews to join our exploration of rational spirituality and creating a world of peace, justice and love envisioned by prophets and sages of all traditions. Don’t miss Rockin’ Shabbat on the first Friday of the month, our Controversial Issues and other programs.
