We welcome all to join in on this special program offered and taught by one of our newest L’Dor Va-Dor Members Sheila Tannenbaum. This program is a series of exercises that will make you LAUGH, make you feel good and can provide some truly awesome benefits!
. Laughter works all the breathing areas, releases pain, develops stamina, and strengthens muscles.
. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins. These are the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals, promoting an overall sense of well-being and temporary pain relief.
Worried about catching the flu or pain gotcha’ down? Feel better with LAUGHTER YOGA! You can even use a chair to participate seated.
