January 9 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

An interesting & interactive
Discussion Group
Tuesday, January 9, 2018
7:00 pm
The Tzedocrates program is similar to the format of the familiar “Socrates” forums held about town, but with a very special touch of Judaism added to the mix. It will encompass an exploration of vital issues and topics in today’s world, guided by a search for righteousness (the true meaning of Tzedakah) and the Socratic method for discussion. The Participants can offer topics of interest to them and others.
This program is held in our sanctuary location on the FIRST TUESDAY evening of each month, but this month is on the second Tuesday. This is a complimentary series in which all are invited to participate in the discussion, if desired.

Tzedocrates combines Tzedakah (righteousness) and Socrates, whose logical mind and questioning spirit advanced human knowledge.  Guided by Judaic ideals and scientific reason, we explore vital issues in today’s world.  All are welcome to join in food for thought and the stomach and to share your views in a forum where all opinions, including the politically incorrect are welcome.
