Hi everyone, I'm Jaclyn Karasik, 11th grade student at Park Vista High School.

This is my fourth year as a member of the congregation, and I had my Bat Mitzvah in March 2008. I am currently in the confirmation class, and I am the president of the youth group.

For the past couple years, I have taken over managing the L'Dor Va-Dor website.

MEET JACLYN KARASIK

 

 "Jaclyn is a vivacious young lady with laughing eyes – she is an active member of the Confirmation Class at L’Dor Va-Dor.  In December, 2008, Jaclyn volunteered to re-design and update our Synagogue website, and if you will go on the Internet and check out ldorvador.org you will see what a great job she is doing for us…

 

Jaclyn loves volleyball and is very creative and artistic.  She is an Honor Roll student at Park Vista High School and is a member of the Debate Team.  Jaclyn is Treasurer of her freshman class.  In addition to all that, Jaclyn enjoys hanging out and especially shopping with her best friends and she loves her two dogs, Casey and Mika.  As you can see, Jaclyn is one busy gal!!!

 

Jaclyn would love to travel more and, although it is too early to think about her college choices, this 9th grader is very interested in a career in the field of genetics!
